Whatever it takes
Whatever it takes; fierce clarity, Master the fundamentals.
What is it ? Who is it for?
My method of explaining how to build success overtime is super simple. I outline the most important principles, strategies and tactics and you either resonate with the information and then you put the information to use, or you overlook how crucial the information is, do not take it seriously, therefore don't develop a sense of urgency to apply what you just read. I.E. you're not ready to make it happen yet.
It's okay if you're not ready to happen yet. You're being offered a guaranteed path to success as far as planning and preparation goes.. if you have a sense of urgency to apply what I'm going to teach you you will be a well-prepared athlete.
It even gets better, if you believe in what I'm sharing, what I'm encouraging you to learn, if you commit to what I'm suggesting that you do…. If you apply this in your life…you are guaranteed to be a complete athlete.
In the upcoming weeks I will share everything that you need to know in order to become a complete athlete. The only catch is what I'm emphasizing (suggesting) is this needs to become a part of you, you learn it, you apply it and you make it a part of you…. You make it a part of your lifestyle,.. you make it a part of who you are.
And the best thing of all, you and your team will be like water. What? Link to Bruce Lee.
Tomorrow's lesson will be about;
Teamwork, having a system, being committed, being organized and therefore eliminating decision making fatigue. Explain the consequences of decision making fatigue.
Fundamental reason why I'm emphasizing this is because when building a team it's important to have a strategy and methodology established in advance to prevent conflicts from rearing their ugly head. We're going to be talking about conflict avoidance.
Later on this month we will talk about conflict management, anger management, and dealing with negative emotions. Unhealthy emotions and healthy emotions. We're discussing the fundamentals of psychology.
